WellsAI builds and operates AI systems for enterprises. It is a standalone company in the Wells Onyx portfolio — not the group's internal IT function, and not a research lab. Its work is operational AI: systems that sit inside real workflows and carry real responsibility, rather than demonstrations that sit beside them.
Its first proving ground is the Wells Onyx portfolio itself. WellsAI serves its sister companies the way it will serve any client: at arm's length, on papered engagements with defined work orders and measured delivery. We hold that line on purpose — an AI provider that can't survive proper commercial terms with family shouldn't be trusted with strangers.
WellsAI's systems already run in production inside our operating companies, every day, on work that matters. The company itself is being established deliberately on that proof — clients are taken as capacity is real, not before.
